About Budget Meals
Budget meals and affordable dinner options
Compare budget meals using the current product price, included food, listed servings and delivery charges. A low item price does not necessarily mean the lowest total cost per dinner. Choose dishes your household will use and check preparation needs and shipping terms before completing a one-time order.
Choosing your order
- Compare cost per listed serving: Divide a product's current price by its stated servings for a like-for-like comparison, then account for shipping and any additional food needed.
- Avoid stale price promises: Use the prices shown on current product listings. This guide does not promise a fixed starting price or savings compared with groceries.
- Check preparation and storage: Consider whether you have the needed appliance, time and storage space. A larger package is not better value if part of it goes unused.
Before you order
Physical meal orders ship to the 48 contiguous United States via FedEx or UPS. Frozen meals are packed with dry ice in insulated packaging. Check the current delivery schedule and the methods available for your order; timing and charges can differ between shipping groups. Do not assume an exact arrival date is guaranteed. Follow the handling, storage and preparation instructions for each product. Some items require cooking rather than reheating. There is no subscription or recurring order requirement.

Not necessarily. Compare the specific meal, serving size, shipping cost and your alternatives rather than assuming a universal saving.
Do budget meals all include free shipping?
