We ship prepared meal gifts to the 48 contiguous United States. Use the current schedule below to compare delivery timing, then review the shipping methods available for your order at checkout. Same-day email delivery applies to eligible digital gifts, not physical meal shipments.
Delivery Schedule
- Ground Delivery on or before October 7, 2026
- Ground QS: Delivery on or before October 2, 2026
- Expedited QS: Delivers on or before October 1, 2026
- Overnight QS: Delivers on or before September 30, 2026

How Our Meal Delivery Works
Frozen meals are packed with dry ice in insulated packaging and shipped via FedEx or UPS. Processing and delivery timing depend on the products and shipping method selected. Check the current schedule above before placing a time-sensitive order.
Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
Please check the recipient's address and order details before completing checkout. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Weather, carrier delays, and order volume may affect delivery timing.

What is Quick Ship (QS)?
QS identifies products in our Quick Ship shipping group. Check the QS delivery dates in the current schedule and review the methods available at checkout. A Quick Ship label does not mean same-day meal delivery.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Review the current delivery schedule and the shipping options available at checkout. If you need delivery for a particular date, contact us before ordering to discuss the available options. We cannot promise arrival on a date that has not been confirmed for your order.
Do you deliver meals nationwide?
We ship physical meal orders to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship physical meals to Alaska or Hawaii.
How are meals packaged for shipping?
Frozen meals are packed with dry ice in insulated packaging. Follow the handling and storage instructions included with your order.
What if I need to change my order?
Contact us immediately if you notice a problem with your order details. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed, so please review the address, products, and shipping method carefully before completing checkout.
