Artisan Ham Dinner
Artisan Spiral Sliced Ham: Completely thaw in refrigerator. Requires 2-3 days to thaw in the refrigerator from fully frozen.
Fully cooked, just gently warm. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove packaging and preserve liquid. Place ham cut-side down on a large sheet of foil in roasting pan. If desired, rub dry honey glaze (included) over ham before baking. Pour reserved liquid over ham and wrap completely with foil. Warm ham in oven for 10-12 minutes per pound. Do not overheat, which will result in dryness.
Potato Gratins:Cook from frozen.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the frozen Potatoes Au Gratin 2 inches apart on lightly oiled foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top starts to brown and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.

Description
There's something timeless about an Artisan Ham slowly perfumed with woodsmoke, the kind of scent that fills the kitchen and pulls everyone to the table before the first slice is cut. The star of our Holiday Ham Dinner is the bone-in ham cured with a touch of real Vermont maple syrup, then slowly smoked over corn cobs and maple hardwood in the same tradition that's warmed New England kitchens for generations, developing a deep, savory flavor and a delicate smoky aroma in every bite.
The ham arrives pre-sliced and ready to serve, paired with a honey and maple sugar glaze on the side to add an extra layer of sweetness if desired. Alongside it, golden potato gratins layered with rich cream and melted Emmenthal bring a touch of French elegance to the plate, and a warm sticky toffee pudding, sweetened with dates and brown sugar and finished with buttery toffee sauce, makes for a dessert worth lingering over. Perfect for a festive family dinner or a holiday open house, it turns the season's gatherings into a complete, no-fuss spread everyone can enjoy.
Our Holiday Ham Dinner includes:
1 - Artisan Spiral Sliced Ham (7-9 lbs.): cured with Vermont maple syrup and slow-smoked over corn cobs and maple hardwood, bone-in and expertly spiral sliced.
12 - Individual Potato Gratins (4 oz. each): thinly sliced potatoes layered with rich cream and melted cheeses, including Emmenthal, baked to a golden, bubbling finish.
2 - Sticky Toffee Pudding (20 oz. each): a dense, moist British cake sweetened with brown sugar and dates, served with a rich, buttery toffee sauce
