Preparation & Heating Instructions

Important: The Artisan Spiral Sliced Ham requires 2–3 days to thaw under refrigeration before heating. Please plan and order accordingly.

Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms

• Oven (recommended): Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove pastries from plastic packaging and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced approximately 1 inch apart. Bake from frozen for 15–18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
• Serving: Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving. Caution: Filling will be hot. Do not prepare in a microwave or toaster oven.

Artisan Spiral Sliced Ham (7–9 lbs.)

• Thawing: Thaw ham completely in the refrigerator for 48–72 hours prior to heating. Do not thaw at room temperature.
• Oven (recommended): Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove all outer packaging and plastic netting. Place ham cut-side down in a roasting pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil to retain moisture. Heat for approximately 10–12 minutes per pound (or about 75–90 minutes total) until warm throughout and an internal temperature of 140°F is reached.
• Glazing (optional): During the last 10–15 minutes of warming, uncover the ham and brush with your preferred glaze or pan juices.
• Serving: Let rest for 10 minutes before separating the pre-sliced cuts for serving.

Crème Fraîche Mashed Potatoes (32 oz.)

• Oven (recommended): Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic film from the tray. Place tray on a baking sheet and bake from frozen for 35–40 minutes (or 20–25 minutes if thawed) until heated through and golden on top (internal temperature of 165°F).
• Microwave: Vent film lid and microwave on HIGH for 5–7 minutes from frozen, stirring halfway through. Let stand 1 minute before serving.

Green Bean Almondine (24 oz.)

• Oven (recommended): Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic lid and place container on a baking sheet. Bake from frozen for 20–25 minutes until green beans are tender and heated thoroughly (165°F). Stir gently before serving to distribute toasted almonds and butter sauce.
• Microwave: Vent film lid and microwave on HIGH for 4–5 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Caramel Apple Pie (8")

• Oven (recommended): Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove pie from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Warm from frozen for 15–20 minutes to heat through and crisp the crust.
• Room Temperature: Thaw at room temperature for 2–3 hours and serve chilled or room temperature.

Ingredients: Whole green beans, sliced toasted almonds, butter (pasteurized cream, salt), olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper.

Ingredients: Apples, wheat flour, vegetable shortening (palm oil, soybean oil), sugar, water, caramel topping (corn syrup, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, butter, salt, natural flavor), brown sugar, butter, corn starch, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice concentrate.
