Preparation & Serving Instructions

If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Keep ham refrigerated until ready to use. Do not leave out of refrigeration for more than 2 hours.

Hot Ham: Preheat oven to 325°F. Bake covered for 75-95 minutes and heated throughout, then follow glaze instructions during final 10-15 minutes.

Cold Ham with Warm Glaze: Skip heating. Preheat oven to 425°F. Uncover ham and place cut-side down in a baking dish. Brush glaze generously over ham and between slices, sprinkle with extra sugar (optional). Bake for 8-10 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes, watching closely. Baste with pan juices before serving.

Traditional Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid and film. Place frozen mashed potatoes on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes from frozen or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and heated throughout. Remove from oven and remove foil. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Macaroni & Cheese:
Microwave: Cook from frozen. Cut a 1" slit in the film. Microwave on high for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the film and place the tray on a baking sheet. If frozen, cook for 60-75 minutes (or 40-50 minutes if thawed) until fully heated throughout and slightly browned on top. The internal temperature should reach 165°F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Note: Do not overcook. Stove tops and cookware vary. Heating time is approximate.

Dinner Rolls: Immediately freeze any rolls that will not be consumed within 7 days of receipt. Once frozen, thaw and serve as desired, and enjoy within 7 days after thawing. If you prefer to serve them warm, remove the rolls from their wrapping, wrap them in aluminum foil, and bake at 375°F for 5 minutes.
