Before you start: For best results, heat from a thawed state unless otherwise noted. Keep refrigerated up to 3 days before use. Cooking times vary by appliance — adjust as needed and heat thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F. Do not re-freeze. Promptly refrigerate any unused portion.

Eggplant Parmigiana with Buttered Carrots

  • Oven (thawed): Preheat to 350°F. Remove plastic from the paper tray and cover with foil. Heat 15–20 minutes, then uncover and heat 5 more minutes until lightly browned. Serve.
  • Microwave (thawed): Remove plastic packaging. Microwave 3–4 minutes, stirring periodically. Serve.
  • Buttered Carrots: Oven at 350°F for 15–20 minutes, or microwave 2–3 minutes on medium, until hot.

Caramelized Tomato & Onion Flat Bread with Tomato Basil Bisque

  • Flat Bread (oven): Preheat to 350°F. Place on a cookie sheet and heat 10–12 minutes until hot. Serve.
  • Tomato Basil Bisque (microwave): Remove lid and film, replace lid. Microwave 2 minutes, stir, then heat 30–60 seconds more until hot. Pour into a bowl to serve.

  • Microwave (thawed): Peel back lid or slit film vent. Place tray on a plate and heat 2–3 minutes until 165°F. Serve.
