Beef Short Ribs
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw overnight under refrigeration.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove short ribs and sauce from package and pour into a baking dish and cover with foil. Place on middle rack and bake for 35-40 minutes or until heated throughout.
Mashed Potatoes
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid and film. Place frozen mashed potatoes on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes from frozen or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and heated throughout. Remove from oven and remove foil. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
New York Cheesecake
Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not microwave.
Thaw cheesecake overnight under refrigeration. Remove plastic wrap from cheesecake and serve chilled. Any leftover Cheesecake can be refrozen if completely thawed or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
