Microwave: Heat in microwave according to label instructions for 1:30 minutes. check temperature and heat in additional 30 second increments until at least 160 degrees, and the pork is fully cooked. oven cook for at least 15 minutes until pork is fully cooked.
Oven: Preheat oven to 325 F. Remove from outer sleeve and place tray on a baking sheet. Heat for 15 - 20 minutes or according to instructions to an internal temperature of 160 F.
Each Meal Serving Size: 12 oz.

    This was the 4th order I have placed to assist family members who were unable to prepare meals. This time I purchased a gift certificate that was emailed to the recipients. I received a call from my sister within 10 minutes after the order was placed. She was so pleased, she was in tears. When the order arrived, my sister a text telling us what they would have that night. They were so happy to have the selection of meals to choose from and the ease of preparation. They have come through for me once again.

    Food and customer service deserves 5 stars. The choice of delivery agent (FedEx) actually should pull it down below 4 stars. They are terrible. I know this isn’t a delivery review, but they repeatedly fall short on delivery either by being late or failure to follow delivery instructions and detract from the whole experience.

    These are great meals and a great company.

    These are the best meals, always delivered fresh. My 92 year-old mom loves them. They are the only ones I found for her that weren’t spicy. Every other company compensates hot and spicy for flavor. These meals are delicious on their own and not Mexican inspired. I highly recommend them.
