This is the third time ordering meals for my 85 year old father. All of them except for the chicken pot pie, which was bland, were excellent. They are just the right portion size and he just heats them up in the oven for 20 minutes, he tried the microwave but the food wasn't hot enough. He is getting the variety of food which he would not get cooking for himself. I ordered on a Wednesday and the meals were nicely packed arrived on Friday, super fast. I will definitely be ordering again.

I started purchasing these dinners for my mother. She is homebound for a while and not exactly able to cook for herself the way she used to. These dinners have been a blessing. She eats one each evening for dinner. Everyone at Send a Meal has made the entire experience simple and enjoyable. Customer service is top notch.
The order comes on time and that's a plus. More than that, the meals are great. I only wish that you would once in awhile change some of the varieties. Like have a different menu of Beef, Fish, Pork, dishes, and also more of your luscious desserts. There is nothing that can be said about the ones that you serve, but everyone likes a change once in awhile. One thing I did not like was the sausage that is served with some of the breakfast meals. I wasn't that happy with them. Once other member in my family does not need spicy tasting meals and that was a problem for her, but I feel that you give ample ways of changing a spicy dish if needed. But still would like to see a change every once in awhile. With veggies, why not more on the potato puffs. And how about twice bake potatoes, beets, asparagus, butternut, etc;. How about Eggplant? But on the whole all of your meals are an amazing change to other places that show their menus. Thank you

I just ate my first meal from Send a Meal and the food was beyond my expectations…it was so delicious and a very large size meal that I had to share it with husband! The delivery was very fast and the food was packed with dry ice so well that it was solid frozen when we took them out of the box. This service is spectacular!! I immediately went back to the website and made an order of nine more meals! A very good and satisfying experience. I had initially ordered some food from another home delivery service that was supposedly rated first class but I had all kinds of problems and never received my order so I decided to try out Send a Meal and I’m so GLAD that I did! I will be ordering all my meals from this company in the future— don’t hesitate to try them, the food is super delicious, large size portions, and the delivery is first class!
