This was a gift for my cousin and we live in different states. Apparently there was a rip in the seam which opened while in the water heating. I want you to know that you replaced it immediately without any problem and they said it was wonderful.

I ordered the Steakhouse Chili and was thoroughly impressed! The quality of the beef was outstanding—tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. Each bite delivered that classic “steakhouse” taste, rich and hearty, perfect for a satisfying meal. The portion size (two 16 oz. containers serving 4–6) was generous, making it great for family dinners or entertaining guests. The chili had a perfect balance of spices, not too hot but with a delicious kick. Highly recommend this dish for anyone craving a gourmet chili experience at home!
