Sausage Tortellini in Blush SauceRemove plastic wrap from tray. Place tray on baking sheet and cover tray with aluminum foil. For frozen tortellini, bake at 375°F for 60-70 minutes. If thawed, refrigerate overnight, then bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

The tortellini is tender and the sauce is loaded with flavor. Also has a generous amount of sauce. I bake parker house rolls to go with the dish. Add a vegetable dish and it becomes the ultimate Italian meal.
