- Microwave: Peel back or slit the film lid, place the tray on a plate, and heat according to the label instructions for 2:00 minutes. Check the temperature and heat in additional 30-second increments until the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F.

Each one of the meals was delicious and you have no work at all - you thaw the package and then you pop it for 1.5 minutes in the microwave and everything is crisp and fresh. Wonderful for a single household, no more grocery shopping or eating the same meal for a week after cooking it. Just ordered a month supply and I love the variety of meals / vegetables offered by Top Chef Meals. The packing had still dry ice after 3 days - so everything was still frozen and no damages. The meals are always delivered in a timely manner undamaged. The meals are good overall. Sometimes the quality seems inconsistent. At times when I had a vegetable or main dish I liked before, it seems different and Not as tasty another time. At times food seems to be bland, particularly sides, but I add condiments to my taste and it works for me just fine! I love that we have healthy meals without me spending most of my time off over the stove! I am usually quite tired after work and before meals tended to default to quick unhealthy meals or even fast food! It has been a great relief! It is well worth it to save my energy for other activities AND have healthy meals at the same time! When I searched for meal delivery systems, Send a Meal was the most affordable to make healthy meals possible. Thank you!!
