The meals are always delivered in a timely manner undamaged. The meals are good overall. Sometimes the quality seems inconsistent. At times when I had a vegetable or main dish I liked before, it seems different and Not as tasty another time. At times food seems to be bland, particularly sides, but I add condiments to my taste and it works for me just fine! I love that we have healthy meals without me spending most of my time off over the stove! I am usually quite tired after work and before meals tended to default to quick unhealthy meals or even fast food! It has been a great relief! It is well worth it to save my energy for other activities AND have healthy meals at the same time! When I searched for meal delivery systems, Send a Meal was the most affordable to make healthy meals possible. Thank you!!

to keep it short. for price and quality this can not be beat period. delivery was exactly when stated. food was properly cooled, packaged. easy instructions. the actual food is good. saves a bunch of time. already made my second order

Excellent variety and quality of meals. Reasonably priced too! I ordered these for my dad, who is 89, lives alone and doesn't like to cook. He can handle the microwave. I've found that it's important to put the meals in the fridge a day or two before you microwave then - much better results.
