Each meal arrives frozen and ready to heat – no cooking skills required. For the best taste and texture, thaw in the refrigerator the morning of the day you plan to enjoy it.
- Microwave: Peel back or slit the film lid, place the tray on a plate, and heat according to the label instructions for 2:00 minutes. Check the temperature and heat in additional 30-second increments until the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F.
Please note: Do not use toaster ovens.

Beyond My Expectations — First Class Food & Delivery!
I just ate my first meal from Send a Meal and the food was beyond my expectations…it was so delicious and a very large size meal that I had to share it with husband! The delivery was very fast and the food was packed with dry ice so well that it was solid frozen when we took them out of the box. This service is spectacular!! I immediately went back to the website and made an order of nine more meals! A very good and satisfying experience. I had initially ordered some food from another home delivery service that was supposedly rated first class but I had all kinds of problems and never received my order so I decided to try out Send a Meal and I’m so GLAD that I did! I will be ordering all my meals from this company in the future— don’t hesitate to try them, the food is super delicious, large size portions, and the delivery is first class!
