Meal Preparation
Microwave: Heat in microwave according to label instructions for 1:30 minutes. check temperature and heat in additional 30 second increments until at least 160 degrees, and the pork is fully cooked. oven cook for at least 15 minutes until pork is fully cooked.Oven: Preheat oven to 325 F. Remove from outer sleeve and place tray on a baking sheet. Heat for 15 - 20 minutes or according to instructions to an internal temperature of 160 F.
Each Meal Serving Size: 12 oz.

Healthy, Delicious and convenient
Great meals and customer service, love the senior discount and customize options. Really nice to have the little sauce containers also. Some favorites Chicken Pot Pie, Beef Brisket, Turkey Meatloaf, Chicken Francaise. Overall very pleased

Has The Best Meals
Excellent service! Very impressed with the options and ease of selection. The continued communication as meals were prepared and shipped was comforting to me, as I had the meals shipped to my mother in another state. She has reported that the meals are delicious... her favorites so far are the chicken pot pie and the chocolate lava dessert!

Ordered these for my 65 year old dad and he said, " it was great"
My mom passed away 8 months ago and my dad at 65 years old is kitchen/ grocery shopping challenged. Every time I would visit I would try to bring home cooked meals that I would freeze and bag so he could thaw them out boil them and eat. Living a few states away it would break my heart knowing he was eating hot dogs and grilled cheese when the meals ran out. This week I decided to try send meals and ordered him 7 dinners. I loved how I could customize the diet to his needs. He received his delivery yesterday and left one meal in the fridge and placed the rest in the freezer. I just got off the phone with him and he loved it. He put it in his toaster oven took a shower and had a warm home cooked meal by the time he was out. He took another one out of the freezer for tomorrow and I can't wait to hear how it is. The price is incredible and is definitely worth it. I will definitely be ordering again and am so happy I found this company.

I ordered meals for a week. They were exactly as described, very tasty and of good quality. I like that they give you an option of meals plans according to your dietary needs, or you can customize.

Diabetic Meals Delivered
Being diabetic & living with CKD, makes for limited food choices. Luckily, my nutritionist recommended Send a Meals- they are delicious, optional starch/veggie choices are many and taste great.
