Preparation & Heating Instructions

Asparagus Asiago Spears

• Oven (recommended): Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove appetizers from packaging and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between pieces. Bake from frozen for 12–15 minutes until pastry is golden brown and flaky. Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Do not prepare in a microwave or toaster oven.

Turducken Roast (4–4.5 lbs)

• Thawing: Thaw completely in the refrigerator for 24–48 hours prior to cooking.
• Oven (recommended): Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove thawed roast from plastic packaging. Place roast in a roasting pan, seam side down, with 1 cup of water or broth in the bottom of the pan. Cover loosely with foil and bake for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, removing foil for the last 30 minutes to brown the skin. Cook until an internal meat thermometer inserted into the center reads 165°F. Let rest for 15–20 minutes before carving.

Sweet Potato Casserole (32 oz)

• Oven (recommended): Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove outer plastic wrap and lid. Place container on a baking sheet. Bake from frozen for 45–55 minutes (or 30–35 minutes if thawed) until heated through and topping is lightly browned.

Green Bean Casserole (28 oz)

• Oven (recommended): Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic lid and film. Place on a baking sheet and bake from frozen for 40–50 minutes (or 25–30 minutes if thawed) until bubbling throughout and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Caramel Apple Pie (8")

• Oven (recommended): Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove pie from packaging. Bake from frozen on a baking sheet for 50–60 minutes until crust is golden and apples are tender. Cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
• Room Temperature: Thaw at room temperature for 3–4 hours and serve as desired.

Ingredients: Sweet potatoes, brown sugar, butter (cream, salt), whole milk, eggs, pecans, enriched unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour), vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt.

Allergens: Tree Nuts (Pecans), Wheat, Milk, Eggs.

Green Bean Casserole (28 oz)

Ingredients: Haricots verts (green beans), béchamel sauce (whole milk, butter [cream, salt], unbleached wheat flour, salt, white pepper), crimini mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, onions, garlic, olive oil, crispy fried onions (onions, palm oil, wheat flour, salt), sea salt, black pepper.

Caramel Apple Pie (8")

Ingredients: Apples, enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, butter (cream, salt), vegetable shortening (palm oil, soybean oil), water, caramel sauce (corn syrup, sweetened condensed skim milk, sugar, butter, salt, natural flavor), cornstarch, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice.
