Keep frozen until ready to use. Conventional Oven (Preferred): Preheat oven to 375°F. Place on a lined baking sheet. Bake from frozen for 10-12 minutes. Or, thaw at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Once prepared, the madeleines may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
