Italian Herb Chicken Roaster
Do not microwave. Remove all labels from package before baking, but note the side where the back label was attached—this side should face up during baking. Thaw overnight under refrigeration. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place the package on a roasting pan, back label side up, on the center oven rack. Cook for 75 minutes or until internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from oven, cut open bag, and place chicken and sauce on serving dish. Contents will be hot. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.

    The chicken is juicy and flavorful. I kept the juices from the bag and poured them over the leftover chicken. Wrapped it up in foil to reheat leftover chicken and it was just as moist as when it was first cooked. Simply divine!

    Restaurant quality food at an awesome price. Just needs more dry ice. Living in Arizona, the ice is gone by the time the food arrives. Otherwise, no issues.
