We have been buying meals for many years and are very pleased with the meals. One thing that I don’t like is that all meals are not customizable. I particularly do not like the meatloaf dinner. You need a new recipe for meatloaf with customizable sides. Also it would be nice to have trays with 3 sections. Some entrees and sides do not go well together in the tray.

I didn't realize each serving was individually portioned. I thought it would be a family sized meal.
There are several things I love about Send a Meal. 1. Great tasting meals 2. No commitment. I can order what I want when I want it. 3. No annoying constant texts or emails 4. Not having to go into the app to remember to skip weeks.
We have had a very positive experience and have honestly enjoyed most meals very much. The presentation is good the heating instructions useful, and the final taste is very good. Delivery and packaging well done. All in all, super!

They had some problems after Covid but they have fixed them and their quality is back to excellent.
