I would like to see more textural differences in the meal components and to see the nutrition facts on the label for the meals, they had these details on the website but not on the packages as they arrive. I would also like to change the side veggies that they come with sometimes.
Sent food to an older couple while they were recuperating from an illness. They were very pleased with the quality and quantity of the food. The food was very well priced. I have ordered with Send Meals twice. Overall I am VERY satisfied but I have found the website clunky and difficult to adjust so I can modify my selection. I ended up calling in to the service agent both times because it was taking so much time. This actually was slower in the end because the service agent logged into my account and used the website. My advice is to figure out exactly what you want to order in advance (including all of the sides and vegetables) and then input the order.
