Crème Fraîche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake.
Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
Macaroni & Cheese:
Conventional Oven: Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven at 350°F. Remove film from tray, place on baking sheet and bake on middle rack for 30 to 40 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble and the product reaches 165°F. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Remove from oven, contents will be very hot! Let stand for up to 5 minutes before serving.
Microwave: Cook from frozen.
Remove film from tray. Place tray on microwave safe plate. Heat on high for 6 minutes, stir gently. Heat for an additional 12-4 minutes or until the product reaches 165°F. Contents will be very hot, allow to set for up to 5 minutes before serving.
Ovens vary, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to bake.
Sweet Potato Casserole:
Preheat conventional oven to 375°F or convection oven to 350°F. Remove box and pan lid. Place pan on baking sheet in center rack of the oven and bake uncovered. From Frozen (recommended): bake for 55-65 minutes. From Thawed: bake 40-50 minutes.
Topping should be medium to dark brown. Ensure that internal temperature reaches 165°F. Note: If topping begins to burn during cooking process, cover with aluminum foil.
Remove from oven and allow product to rest for 5-10 minutes.
PRODUCT WILL BE HOT! PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN HANDLING.
Creamed Spinach:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film and lid and place tray on baking sheet. If frozen, cook for 60-75 minutes (or 40-50 minutes thawed), or until fully heated throughout and slightly brown on top. Product internal temperature should reach 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
Note: Stove tops and cookware vary. Heating time is approximate. Do not overcook.
Eastern Shore Creamed Corn: Remove plastic film before cooking. Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cover tray on baking sheet. Bake for 42-44 minutes. Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from the oven.
Broccoli-Parmesan Gratin:
Conventional Oven:
From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapper. Put tray in oven and heat for 45-50 minutes (internal temperature of at least 165°F).
From Thawed. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapper. Put tray in oven and heat for 30-35 minutes.
Do not heat tray at temperature over 350°F. Must be heated before consumption. Do not use convection or toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.
