Flank is a lean cut of beef, but with a rich, meaty flavor. Ours is marinated with honey, ginger, and soy sauce, and pre-cooked to a perfect medium rare. The marinade complements the steak beautifully. Simply slice for an easy weekday meal, enjoy over a salad, or make a memorable sandwich. Easy and delicious. 1.8-2.2 lbs., serves 4-6.

Meal Preparation
Flank Steak
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator 12-24 hours before serving. Product is precooked and can be served cold or warmed. Stove Top: To reheat, fill a shallow pan with 1" of water and bring to a boil. Submerge the unopened thawed pouch in the water, place a lid on the pan and remove from heat. Let rest for 15-20 minutes. Remove product from pan, cut open pouch and serve. Grilling: Let rest for 30 minutes before placing thawed Flank Steak on the grill. Cook on grill at medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Allow to rest before serving.
