Meal Preparation
Flank SteakKeep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator 12-24 hours before serving. Product is precooked and can be served cold or warmed. Stove Top: To reheat, fill a shallow pan with 1" of water and bring to a boil. Submerge the unopened thawed pouch in the water, place a lid on the pan and remove from heat. Let rest for 15-20 minutes. Remove product from pan, cut open pouch and serve. Grilling: Let rest for 30 minutes before placing thawed Flank Steak on the grill. Cook on grill at medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Allow to rest before serving.
