With Standard delivery, you can choose an estimated delivery date at checkout. Same-day email delivery applies to eligible digital gifts, not physical meal shipments.

Frozen meals are packed with dry ice in insulated packaging and shipped via FedEx or UPS. Processing and delivery timing depend on the products and shipping method selected. Check the current schedule above before placing a time-sensitive order.
Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
Please check the recipient's address and order details before completing checkout. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Weather, carrier delays, and order volume may affect delivery timing.
Flexible Shipping Options
Choose from the shipping methods available for your order at checkout. With Standard delivery, you can also choose an estimated delivery date. Check the current delivery schedule before purchasing, especially when sending a gift for a particular occasion. If arrival by a certain day is essential, contact us before placing your order.

How long does meal delivery take?
Delivery timing varies by product and shipping method. Refer to the current schedule above and the options available at checkout. Same-day email delivery is available for eligible digital gifts, not physical meals.
What is Quick Ship (QS)?
QS identifies products in our Quick Ship shipping group. Check the QS delivery dates in the current schedule and review the methods available at checkout. A Quick Ship label does not mean same-day meal delivery.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes, for Standard delivery. In the shipping step at checkout, choose a date from the Standard Delivery Date calendar. You can pick any Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday at least 6 days after you order. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day are not available. The date you choose is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and your order may arrive a day or two earlier or later. If arrival by a certain day is essential, contact us before ordering.
Is Standard delivery guaranteed?
No. Standard delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We plan your shipment around the date you choose, but your order may arrive a day or two earlier or later. Weather, carrier delays, and holiday volume can also affect timing.
Do I have to choose a delivery date?
No. The Standard Delivery Date is optional. If you leave it blank, your order defaults to the first available delivery date, within 3–5 business days of your order. Like all Standard delivery dates, this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Do you deliver meals nationwide?
We ship physical meal orders to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship physical meals to Alaska or Hawaii.
How are meals packaged for shipping?
Frozen meals are packed with dry ice in insulated packaging. Follow the handling and storage instructions included with your order.
What if I need to change my order?
Contact us immediately if you notice a problem with your order details. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed, so please review the address, products, and shipping method carefully before completing checkout.
When should I order for sympathy meals or special occasions?
