Meal Preparation
Mini Blueberry Coffee Cakes: Remove from packaging and thaw.
Serve at room temperature or heat gently for 10 minutes at 325°F. Vanilla Bourbon Bacon Lollipops: Cook from a thawed state.
Preheat oven to 375°F and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature of 165°F. Flip product halfway through cooking. Oven temps may vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Cook until desired crispness is reached. Let the glaze packet thaw for an hour until it comes to room temperature. The glaze can be drizzled over the bacon or used as a dipping sauce. Quiche Lorraine: Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to cook. Remove plastic wrapping prior to cooking.
Conventional Oven (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake in a foil pan for 23-25 minutes (add 5 minutes if frozen) or until the center reaches 165°F. Carefully remove from oven, let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Microwave Oven: Cut into serving portions and place one serving on a microwave-safe dish. Heat on high for 2 minutes or until the center of the quiche reaches 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
This was given as a gift, though I did taste the blueberry coffee cakes. My son said the quiche was meh - the crust was too thick, the filling was too dense. To be fair, he is used to a more custardy filling (I make his favorite quiche - Doubleday Cookbook recipe). He liked the bacon, though it was a bit fatty. No one liked the blueberry coffee cake - the texture was too moist and it was impossibly sweet, to the point of being inedible. Everything was well packed and nicely fresh. Delivery was on time. Price was acceptable. Servings were enough for a family of two adults and two boys. I will not purchase again.
