Ground/Standard Delivery

All orders are shipped to arrive within 3-7 business days from the selected ship date. Your cost per address is determined by the merchandise value. Delivery dates may be impacted by volume and/or extreme weather conditions.

Expedited Delivery

Before 11am EST Monday-Wednesday: Orders arrive by 8pm on the second or third day.
After 11am EST Wednesday: Orders ship the following Monday to arrive Wednesday or Thursday.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are based on fees charged by FedEx/UPS, plus the cost of packaging, dry ice, and the extra weight dry ice adds to the shipment. We reserve the right to ship your order early to ensure timely arrival.

Perishable Food Shipping

Shipping perishable foods requires special care to stay frozen from start to finish. Our shipments don't sit in FedEx or UPS facilities over the weekend - they're on a strict timetable to ensure meals reach you at peak freshness. We pack all FedEx shipments with extra dry ice to ensure cold integrity for more than 24 hours past the scheduled delivery day.

Order Placement

When you place an order on SendaMeal.com, you agree to pay the price specified for the product, along with any delivery charges. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and gift certificates.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an online order has been submitted, it cannot be altered or canceled for any reason. Our meals are prepared by chefs as soon as you place your order - this includes cooking, packaging, and freezing them for freshness. Please review your shipping address, gift recipient information, and selected ship date prior to placing an order.

Cancellation Fees

If your order is canceled, it will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations, credits, and/or returns for reasons other than quality issues will be at the discretion of Send a Meal management.

Price Changes

Prices listed on our website can change from time to time based on market conditions. We also charge a $0.35 fee for each change of starch and/or vegetable made from the default selected for each entree.

Return Policy

You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery. All returns are free of charge via mail only. Because we produce a perishable product, we CANNOT accept returned food items. We will review your situation and credit your Send a Meal account for any food items that were damaged, spoiled, or impaired as a direct result of shipping or delivery.

Refund Policy

We do not make cash refunds to your credit card under our guarantee. Credits are applied to your Send a Meal website account for future orders.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality of our food and our customer service. It does not cover returns, credits, cancellations, and/or returns purely for convenience and/or personal reasons outside the scope of our services.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products and their delivery in good condition. We will credit your account for any food items that were damaged, spoiled, or impaired as a direct result of shipping or delivery.

Delivery Day Disclaimer

Please understand that we cannot guarantee your exact delivery day. Peak order days can impact our schedule. Additionally, FedEx and other carriers may experience delays due to weather, work stoppages, holiday volume, or other issues outside our control. We pack all shipments with extra dry ice to ensure cold integrity for more than 24 hours past the scheduled delivery day.

To access certain features of the site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Service Eligibility

SendaMeal.com provides an online platform for ordering and delivering prepared meals. Our services are available to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. We never ship outside of the USA under any circumstance.

Address Accuracy

Please be especially careful to provide us with an accurate address at the time you place your order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge an address correction fee and/or a second delivery fee for having to redeliver your order.
