Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo
Shrimp Alfredo: Bring 2-3 quarts of water to a boil over high heat. Add sealed, frozen pouches of shrimp and sauce and cook for 7 minutes, flipping halfway. Remove from water and let rest 2 minutes. Handle carefully, product is hot! For the best quality, gently shake the pouches to spread out the shrimp before you serve.
Pasta: In a different pot, bring 2-3 quarts of water to a boil over high heat. Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water. Open the pouches of the pre-cooked pasta and add the pasta to the water to reheat for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and drain out the water before serving. Handle carefully, product is hot!
The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the Alfredo sauce was creamy and delicious. I appreciated that the order was split up into two portions, as I ordered it for myself. Nice and easy to prepare. Better and quicker than takeout!!
