Flat Iron Steaks: Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw overnight under refrigeration.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium high heat. Place steaks on hot oiled grill and cook 4-5 minutes per side for medium. The internal temperature of medium is 130 - 140°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Stove Top: Heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 5-6 minutes per side for medium, and 7-8 minutes per side for well-done. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Beef Filet Mignon: Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw under refrigeration.
Stove Top: In a skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 6 minutes per side for medium and 8 minutes per side for well-done.
