Meal Preparation
Lobster RisottoThaw in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Remove plastic wrap and lid. (Alternate thawing: Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on automatic defrost for 10 minutes). Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake on sheet pan for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
