Thaw for 24 hours under refrigeration before preparing.
Oven: Take scallops out of package and place on a greased baking dish. Bake for 5 min. at 400°F. Rotate baking dish and then bake for 3-5 minutes or until scallops reach 145°F. Salt to taste.
Stovetop: Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add scallops to the pan and cook for 2-4 minutes, occasionally brushing them with butter. Flip scallops and cook for another 2-4 minutes or until scallops reach 145°F. Salt to taste.

Lemon Herb Scallops
These scallops were delicious. However, I had to give a 3 star rating because we were very disappointed in the tiny size of the scallops. Compared with the size of the asparagus they should have been much larger. This picture of the product indicates much larger scallops. No way could I have gotten them browned as pictured as small as they are.
