A versatile and delicious dish, these scallops are full of rich ocean flavors. Featuring Peruvian raw scallops with a Key West lemon juice flavored butter, and Italian herbs, they’re terrific on their own as a starter, entrée, or even served over pasta. About 30-40 scallops, 1 lb. total; serves 4.

Meal Preparation
Thaw for 24 hours under refrigeration before preparing. Oven: Take scallops out of package and place on a greased baking dish. Bake for 5 min. at 400°F. Rotate baking dish and then bake for 3-5 minutes or until scallops reach 145°F. Salt to taste. Stovetop: Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add scallops to the pan and cook for 2-4 minutes, occasionally brushing them with butter. Flip scallops and cook for another 2-4 minutes or until scallops reach 145°F. Salt to taste.
