Meal Preparation
Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: DO NOT MICROWAVE. DO NOT BAKE IN PLASTIC TRAYS. For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer. Conventional Oven: Bake from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place product 1/2 inch apart on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake on center rack for for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes: Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 27-32 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for the last two minutes of baking. Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration. Preheat pan on medium heat with tsp. of oil or butter. Cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 4-6 minutes per side. Crab cake may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period of time. Air Fry: From Frozen. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lay cakes at least 1 inch apart in basket. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until an internal temperature or 165°F degrees is reached. Remove from basket, let rest for 1 minute and serve. Vegetable Potato Medley: Skillet: Cook from frozen. Preheat skillet on medium heat. Add frozen vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring. After 5 minutes continuously stir and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Microwave: Place in a microwave safe bowl and cover. Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. To ensure food safety, cook to 165°F throughout. Pineapple Upside Down Cakes: Keep frozen until ready to use. Oven: Remove film from container and place frozen cakes in cups right side up on sheet tray. Bake at 350°F for 14-16 minutes. Let cake stand in cup for 2 minutes. To serve, invert cakes onto serving plate and remove cups. Microwave: Remove film from container and place frozen cake in cup right side up on a microwave-safe plate. Heat on high for 50-60 seconds. To serve, immediately invert cake onto serving plate and remove cup. Note: Heating times vary depending on equipment, use these as guidelines only.
