Beef Filet Mignon: Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw under refrigeration. Stove Top: In a skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 6 minutes per side for medium, and 8 minutes per side for well-done. Grill: Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with salt and pepper. Place on hot oiled grill and grill about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Macaroni & Cheese: Conventional Oven: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven at 350°F. Remove film from tray, place on baking sheet and bake on middle rack for 30 to 40 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble and the product reaches 165°F. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Remove from oven, contents will be very hot! Let stand for up to 5 minutes before serving. Microwave: Cook from frozen. Remove film from tray. Place tray on microwave safe plate. Heat on high for 6 minutes, stir gently. Heat for an additional 12-4 minutes or until the product reaches 165°F. Contents will be very hot, allow to set for up to 5 minutes before serving. Ovens vary, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to bake. Chocolate Swirl Cake: Refrigerate or freeze until ready to eat. Thaw 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate or freeze any leftover cake roll. Coney Island Dogs: Do not microwave. Do not bake in plastic trays. For safety purposes, the product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer. Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Bake on center rack for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
