Colossal Crab Cake DinnerColossal Crab Cakes Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 27-32 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for the last two minutes of baking. Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration. Preheat pan on medium heat with tsp. of oil or butter. Cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 4-6 minutes per side. Crab cake may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period of time. *Product must reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Air Fry: From Frozen. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lay cakes at least 1 inch apart in basket. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until an internal temperature or 165°F degrees is reached. Remove from basket, let rest for 1 minute and serve.
Fried Calamari Oven: Bake from frozen. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Remove the frozen Fried Calamari from the packaging, and place it in a single layer on a sheet pan for baking. After preheating, place the sheet pan on the center oven rack. Bake the panko breaded calamari for about 6 minutes on each side for a total of about 12 minutes or until the Fried Calamari is golden brown and crispy. Deep Fry: Fry from frozen. Preheat cooking oil to 360°F. Place the gourmet Fried Calamari in a deep fryer for about 3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Air Fry: Heat from frozen. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Bake the breaded Fried Calamari for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy. Sauce: Defrost sauce packets by running under cool water. Serve at room temperature.
Creamed Corn Casserole Bake from frozen. Preheat conventional oven to 375°F. Discard plastic wrap and place oven-safe tray onto a lined baking sheet. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes, uncover, stir then finish baking for 10-20 minutes uncovered or until internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Mashed Potatoes Keep frozen until ready to use. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid and film. Place frozen mashed potatoes on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes from frozen or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and heated throughout. Remove from oven and remove foil. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Smith Island Cake For best results remove product packaging prior to thawing. Thaw overnight under refrigeration and bring to room temperature prior to serving. Excess products may be stored wrapped and refrigerated for 2 to 3 days.
