Meal Preparation
Cedar Plank Salmon Filet
Please keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours before cooking (product is uncooked). Cook within 1 day after thawing.
Grill (Preferred Method): Preheat grill to med-high heat (approximately 375⁰F). Place the salmon and plank directly on the grill and close cover for approximately 10-13 minutes or until internal temperature of the salmon reaches 145⁰F.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375F . Place the salmon and plank on a baking sheet prior to cooking. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until core temperature reaches 145⁰F.
Ovens & grills vary; cooking times vary and may need to be adjusted. Do not overcook. Salmon is cooked when it becomes opaque, flakes apart, and when it is still slightly pink in the center of the fillet.

    These cedar plank salmon filets are great! A nice mild taste to them. And easy to do on the outdoor grill. A lot of flavor. We'll order these again!
