This delicious dish combines sweet, buttery butternut squash and creamy risotto with herbs and sharp Parmesan cheese. Twice baked for a crispy exterior and creamy interior, this butternut squash risotto is just bursting with a truly gourmet flavor. Meal Preparation
From frozen, bake in a pre-heated 350 ºF conventional oven for 24-26 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 ºF as measured by use of a thermometer.
