Zucchini Lasagna

This fabulous lasagna has all the authentic Italian flavors of the classic: luscious cheeses, sweet tomatoes, and a punch of garlic and herbs. The only difference is thinly sliced fresh zucchini in place of the pasta. This is a lasagna that would do a Roman grandma proud. Rich and delicious.

    Zucchini Lasagna

I'm not pronouncing the Zucchini Lasagna as a low carb food. But for those borderline diabetics, you can enjoy a very tasty lasagna with less of the guilt. You can almost not detect you're eating a zucchini lasagna instead of a broad noodle lasagna.....it's that good. The sauce and cheese are especially excellent. THANK YOU for this wonderful product.....keep'em coming!

I LOVE THIS LASAGNA! I don't usually like red sauce, but this is very mild. It tastes so good for something so healthy. It is great for two people, anything smaller and you'd be hungry.
