This fabulous lasagna has all the authentic Italian flavors of the classic: luscious cheeses, sweet tomatoes, and a punch of garlic and herbs. The only difference is thinly sliced fresh zucchini in place of the pasta. This is a lasagna that would do a Roman grandma proud. Rich and delicious.

This dish was tasty, but I realized I didn't like the zucchini taste in the lasagna. It was quite overpowering!
