This luscious gratin is like a sunset over the French countryside. It is rich and bursting with the fresh flavors of carrots, zucchini, and broccoli, all in a rich, creamy sauce featuring the natural nuttiness of Emmentaler cheese. Pairs beautifully with almost any meat or fish but is good enough to be served on its own.

Meal Preparation
Oven: Do not defrost before cooking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the frozen gratins on a paper-lined sheet pan in the center of the oven. Heat approximately 30 minutes. Microwave: Place the frozen product for approximately 3 minutes in the microwave (900 W). Leave for one minute before consumption.
