Turducken is a Cajun legend that belongs on any culinary bucket list. The concept is simple: a turkey stuffed with a duck that is stuffed with a chicken. The birds are deboned and separated by wild rice, sausage, and pecan stuffing—and even better, our version is a breeze to cook and serve. A showstopper for your table. 4-5 lbs., serves 6.

Turducken Roast
The turducken is surprisingly good! The wild rice between the layers of meat is a great compliment, providing moisture and flavor. I personally like turkey and chicken but am not as much a fan of duck, but the duck meat doesn’t have a strong gamey taste. All the meat textures work together. My family really enjoyed it.
