Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 385°F. Coat a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Remove Stuffed Sole and frozen lobster butter puck from pouch from packaging. Place fish in baking dish and place lobster butter puck on top of fish. Place baking dish in the center rack of oven. Bake for 25 –30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Enjoy! Product must reach internal temperature of 165°F.
