Preheat conventional oven to 375°F . Remove all packaging from the lamb shanks. Place the lamb shanks in an oven safe pan and cover with aluminum foil. Place the pan on the center rack of the oven and heat for 15 minutes. Carefully remove the lamb shanks from the oven and remove aluminum foil. Return the uncovered lamb shanks to the oven to continue heating for another 15-20 minutes, or until heated throughout. Carefully remove the lamb shanks from the oven and place on a serving dish. Allow 3 minutes to rest before serving. Microwaving is not recommended.
