  • Gouda (7 oz.): A classic from the Netherlands, made from pasteurized cow’s milk. Smooth, mellow, and creamy with subtle caramel tones, it’s a crowd-pleasing cheese that pairs well with both savory and sweet accompaniments.
  • Comte (9 oz.): French cheese made from raw cow’s milk and matured for at least 10 months. It has a smooth, firm texture with nutty, buttery notes and a lingering depth of flavor.
  • Manchego (6 oz.) Spain’s most famous sheep’s milk cheese, crafted from pasteurized Manchego sheep milk. Firm yet supple, it offers a balance of sweetness and tang with a slightly nutty finish.
