Prime Rib Roast:
Thaw 2–3 days in the refrigerator in packaging. Take prime rib out of the refrigerator 1–2 hours prior to heating. Leave prime rib in the package.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove prime rib from package and place on a baking sheet lined with foil. Do not cover; heat for about 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 100°F. Remove from oven and allow to rest 10–15 minutes. Remove netting before serving.
Crème Fraîche Mashed Potatoes:
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid and film. Place frozen mashed potatoes on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes from frozen or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and heated throughout. Remove from oven and remove foil. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Vegetable Gratins:
Do not defrost before cooking.
Oven: Do not defrost before cooking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the frozen gratins on a paper-lined sheet pan in the center of the oven. Heat approximately 30 minutes.
Microwave: Place the frozen product for approximately 3 minutes in the microwave (900 W). Leave for one minute before consumption.
Apple Pie:
Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
Preheat oven to 325°F. Place “Pie in a Bag” on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 50-60 minutes. Cooking times may vary. Please keep pie in the bag when baking. Do not let the bag touch the side of the oven or heating element. Do not remove bag until cooking is complete.
Slicing: Use an electric or serrated knife to slice to preserve the crunchy broken top crust..
