Meal Preparation
Miso Sea Bass
Remove frozen seabass and marinade from pouch. Plate, cover, and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the seabass portion on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the fish flakes easily.
