Marinated Flat Iron Steak Dinner For Four
Marinated Flat Iron Steaks: Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw overnight under refrigeration.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium high heat. Place steaks on hot oiled grill and cook 4-5 minutes per side for medium. The internal temperature of medium is 130 - 140°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Stove Top: Heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 5-6 minutes per side for medium, and 7-8 minutes per side for well-done. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Stuffed Mushrooms: Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Unwrap frozen Stuffed Mushrooms and place them in a greased baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Crème Fraîche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake.
Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
Triple Berry Tarts: Bake from frozen
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tarts from their wrapping and place on a greased or lined baking sheet pan in the middle of the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the center is warm.
Microwave: Heat one frozen tart at a time. Remove from wrapping and place on a microwave safe plate. Heat on high for 50-60 seconds or until the center is warm.
