Herbed Lamb Chop Dinner
Herbed Lamb Chops: Broil or grill fully defrosted chops 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare chops.
Asparagus Risotto: Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid and film. Place risotto on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes from frozen or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and remove foil. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Vanilla Bacon Bourbon Lollipops: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw under refrigeration overnight.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place bacon on a rack over a cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F, flipping halfway through. Cook to desired crispness. Oven temps may vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Let the glaze packet thaw for an hour until it reaches room temperature. Drizzle over bacon or use as a dipping sauce.

Remove cheesecake from plastic wrapping. Run a knife along the edge of the container to gently loosen the cheesecake, then pop it out onto a serving plate. Thaw in refrigerator for 2 to 2.5 hours. Do not refreeze. Consume within 48 hours.
