Using a technique of Swedish origin, each potato is sliced partially into impossibly thin slices, then studded with rich, creamy butter. After baking, the result is a potato that’s crisp on the outside and rich and tender on the inside. A truly unique dish, and surely the most impressive potato to call itself a side dish. Meal Preparation
