Delivery Dates

We go the extra mile to make sure your meals arrive fresh, flavorful, and ready for you to enjoy. Because your meals are perishable and need to stay perfectly frozen, we never ship over the weekend—this helps keep your food safe and delicious on arrival. Standard orders ship within 3–7 business days, but if you place your order after 9 AM EST on Wednesday, we'll ship it the following week to prevent your meals from sitting in transit over the weekend. Each box is carefully packed in insulated, eco-friendly materials to make sure everything stays frozen and just right.

When you place an order, please double-check your shipping address and delivery date, as orders can’t be changed or canceled once confirmed. As soon as your box ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery. While we always aim to deliver on the date you request, actual shipping times can vary depending on weather and order volume.

You get to choose your preferred shipping method during checkout. For standard delivery, most meals arrive within 7 business days of your chosen ship date, and sometimes we ship a bit earlier to help avoid unexpected delays.
