Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Peel open chicken breast pouch, separate the two chicken breasts, thoroughly drain and discard liquid. Place chicken in an oven-safe dish. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 14–17 minutes, or until heated throughout. Remove foil, open sauce pouch, and pour over chicken. Return to oven uncovered for 4–8 minutes until sauce bubbles. Remove from oven, stir sauce to coat chicken.
Stove Top: Heat skillet over medium-high for 1 minute. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Open chicken pouch, drain and discard liquid. Brown chicken breasts 1–2 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low, pour sauce from pouch over chicken. Simmer 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring to coat.
Microwave: Open chicken pouch, separate breasts, drain and discard broth. Place chicken in a tray or microwave-safe bowl and cover. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Open sauce pouch, pour over chicken, cover with a paper towel, and microwave on high for 1–2 minutes. Let stand 30 seconds.
