Microwave: Remove plastic overwrap. Place on microwave safe dish right side up. Heat on high for 50 seconds. Remove from microwave and rest for 1 minute right side up. Invert onto plate, remove cup, and serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and remove the plastic overwrap. Place cake, right side up, in its cup on a baking sheet. Heat for 12-14 minutes. Let cake stand in cup for 1-2 minutes. Invert onto plate, remove cup, and serve. Ovens and microwaves may vary. These instructions are guidelines only.

    Berry Upside Down Cakes

    The berry compote on top hits all the flavor notes. The cake is light and fluffy. Only complaint is the bottoms are a little crusty. I put a piece of foil on top halfway thru baking which seems to help keep the bottoms moister.
