Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place the medallions on a hot, oiled grill. Sear each side for 1 minute to crisp the bacon, then continue cooking for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place medallions on a baking sheet lined with parchment or lightly greased. Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Roasted Baby Potatoes:
Oven (Preferred): Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread the desired quantity on an cooking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 min, or until nicely warmed and to desired crispness. Adapt these instructions according to the quantity of food to prepare and the oven power. Individually frozen so you can prepare as little or as much as you like.
Stove Top: Add the desired quantity of frozen product in a hot pan. Cook over low heat for 15 min, while stirring regularly.
Apple Dumplings: Thaw caramel sauce at room temperature for one hour or warm in container of hot water.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen apple dumplings on a greased or a parchment lined baking sheet pan. Bake at 400°F for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Drizzle caramel sauce on dumplings before serving as desired.
