Baby Back Rib Dinner for Two
Coney Island Dogs: Do not microwave. Do not bake in plastic trays. For safety purposes, the product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Bake on center rack for12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Bake on center rack for12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Baby Back Pork Ribs: Thaw completely before use. When thawing, please do so under refrigeration.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove ribs from a plastic bag and place on a baking sheet. Brush with any remaining sauce in the bag. Heat uncovered for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with aluminum foil for 2 minutes before serving.
Outdoor Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove ribs from the plastic bag and place directly over the heat source on the grill. Use remaining sauce from the bag to baste the ribs while cooking. Cover grill and heat for 15-20 minutes, basting every 5 minutes. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Microwave: Remove ribs from plastic bag and place on a microwavable plate (cut slab in half if needed). Brush with any remaining sauce from the bag and heat on high for 3 minutes. Remove from the microwave, brush with sauce and then heat again for 3-4 minutes. Allow to rest 2 minutes before serving.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
Microwave: Cut 1" slit in film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 min., stirring halfway through, or until product internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 1-2 min. before serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Lift one corner of the film to vent and place the tray on a baking sheet. If frozen cook for 20-30 minutes (or 15-20 if thawed), or until fully heated throughout and slightly brown on top. Product internal temperature should reach 165°F. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.
Lemon Swirl Cake: Thaw and serve.
